You’re Invited to our very first Call in Episode
Have you ever made a mistake in the submissions process—and worried that you’d just ruined your chances of getting published?
Our first call-in show is designed to prove that you don’t have to be perfect for things to work out—that you can, in fact, make mistakes along the way. (Yes, we’ve heard this from several of you, and we know that panic well. Luckily, from our perspective, things usually work out fine—but we’d love to help writers feel better in those stomach-dropping first moments.)
If you have a story about making a submission mistake, and fixing it or it not ultimately mattering, we’d love to hear from you.
- You don’t need to be agented to participate!
- You can be totally anonymous (and even choose a cute name like “Regretful in Rochester”)
- It takes just 10 minutes
- We’re pretty fun, if we do say so ourselves
We’ll be recording the afternoon of Tuesday, March 30.
If you’re selected for one of the recording spots, we’ll send you a Zoom link (video is optional! We exist to reduce writer stress) for a ten-minute recording session, plus a comp ticket to the upcoming Academy event of your choice.
