I am looking for fresh voices, unforgettable characters, tightly constructed plot, and thematic storytelling. I represent adult, young adult, and middle-grade fiction, picture books, memoir, business, sports, and narrative nonfiction. In nonfiction, I am drawn to original thinkers, authors with strong platforms, and powerful narratives that challenge the status quo or ask big questions.

I am currently looking for books that… 

• Feature cinematic or poetic voices, diverse authors, unforgettable characters, tightly constructed plots, vivid scene creation, relationships that propel the narrative, unique hooks, emotional resonance, and underlying themes that validate, encourage, and inform readers.
• Contemporary stories with humor and heart are atop my wishlist. I’d love a YA rom-com or anything John Green-esque. 
• In nonfiction, I’m drawn to original thinkers, authors with strong platforms, creators who provoke conversations around important and necessary topics in our world today, and thought leaders that challenge the status quo or ask big questions.

I am not the best fit for:

• Fantasy or concept-driven stories
• Dark stories without substance or levity 
• Nonfiction authors with modest platforms
• Picture books that are too saccharine or straightforward 
• Mind-body-spirit
