She has been a writing instructor at Goucher’s MFA in Creative Nonfiction program. She previously worked for Harvard Business School Press and taught at an elementary school in Italy.
A member of AALA, Joy has been with the David Black Literary Agency since 1998.

If nonfiction, I will follow up to request a proposal.
If a novel, please also include three chapters within the body of the email.
