I am currently looking for books that:

• In narrative and memoir, offer a unique experience, learning, and point of view (see clients Nancy Schwartzman, Michelle Dowd, Julien and Keirsten Saunders)
• In self-help, looking for PhDs, MDs, or established thought leaders in business, research, or other arenas (see Ron Friedman)
• In fiction, gives voice to previously underrepresented stories (see Black Girls Must Die Exhausted) or is especially well-executed, thought-provoking, or commercial (ie Big Little Lies, Celeste Ng)
• Penchant for coming of age narratives (i.e. Uncanny Valley) and business narratives (i.e. Bad Blood)
• Special liking for books that have a timely idea, backed by a powerful spokesperson whose star is rising, one with a wide audience and great connections, and with whom I can pair a writer and work alongside in speaking and marketing (ie. has popular Ted talk, major company, is the subject of a major news story)

I am not the best fit for:

• History or Academic 
• Mind-body-spirit 
• Genre fiction
