Mackenzie Brady Watson

I was genetics lab technician in my pre-publishing life, so I’m always on the hunt for projects with a science element. I’m also looking for narrative non-fiction, literary journalism, memoir, history, social criticism, and parenting. I am particularly interested in projects that move the cultural conversation forward and can be used as a tools for social change. My clients’ work has appeared on the New York Times Bestseller List, been adapted into an Oscar-nominated film, and received literary awards including the  J. Anthony Lukas Prize, the NAACP Image Award, and Black Caucus of The ALA Award, and nominations for the Lambda Literary Award and the ALA Carnegie Medal.

I also represent a select list of poets,  YA and literary novelists, and graphic artists.
