Mia Pulido

Working at Harmony and Rodale across both prescriptive and narrative nonfiction, I’m drawn to books that start or change the cultural conversation and shed light on how to live, work, and love. I want to publish books that have a strong voice, a compelling argument, and the lasting power to become a touchstone for years to come. I am particularly drawn to unique points of view on addiction and recovery, sexuality, and modern work, though I am open to all submissions in the self-help, business, and wellness nonfiction spaces.

NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE AUTHORS

I will read and respond to any submission sent my way (so long as it falls under the genres I publish), including from authors who do not have representation. However, please understand that if you do not have an agent, you may struggle to find an editor if you do not have a significant social media platform, media appearances, a speaking schedule, expertise in your subject, or considerable connections who can help promote your book.

I do not publish children’s/YA books or fiction of any kind. I also do not acquire in the areas of history, biography, technology, or politics.
