She is the creator of the global phenomenon First Line Frenzy®, and was the founder and director of NYC’s The Work Conference (2015-2020). Throughout her career, Rebecca has collaborated with authors, agents and publishers across a variety of genres and publishing pathways; she is known for her incisive, compassionate critiques and narrative clarity. She is currently acquiring adult contemporary, historical, and paranormal romance for the Amara imprint.
