I am currently interested in receiving queries for Adult and Young Adult fiction.

In suspense and psychological thrillers I  lean to domestic suspense, think The Wrong Family by Tarryn Fisher, The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins, Gone Girl by Gillian Finn, The Whispers by Ashley Audrain and The Child Next Door by Shalini Boland. I want stories that keep me on the edge of my seat with surprising plot twists that have me guessing until the very end, predictably is not for me.  If your thriller or suspense keeps me up at night trying to figure out who to suspect, you’ve probably won me over.  At this time, I am only seeking psychological thrillers.  In the horror genre, I’m specifically seeking paranormal and psychological, think The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson, The Silence of the Lambs by Thomas Harris, and anything by Stephen King. In romance, I am looking for everything, I love a good UGLY cry or a witty LOL romcom.  Diverse books,  are definitely high on my list of wants.  Also, LGBTQ+ books in adult and YA.   I’m seeking YA contemporary, thriller and horror.

I am not seeking; sci-fi/fantasy, historical, short stories, or nonfiction.

Submission Guidelines

HOW TO SUBMIT A QUERY
For now, we will only be accepting query submissions through the QueryManager database system.
On the Donaghy Literary Group website, you will find a Submit A Query button on each agent’s bio page that will take you to their personal Query Manager Submission Form. This form is user-friendly and will provide you with the most up-to-date preference list in a drop down menu and the specific instructions for each agent.
Before submitting your query to an agent on our team, we encourage you to visit our agent bio pages under the  Our Team tab on the website, from there you can view each agent’s bio and find the agent that is the best fit for your project.
